This is the second time we've had our 33-foot sailboat serviced, and we are always fully satisfied with the work done. The operations of hauling out and relaunching are perfectly organized. The staff ensures that the maneuvers are carried out safely, with a smile and in good spirits.

It's not easy for me to leave my boat alone for ten months at the other end of the earth. There must be a compelling reason, and I have to trust the place that will host it and the people who will surround it. How do you choose the right shipyard? There's my good feeling during a visit eight months before, even though I didn't intend to become a customer. There's also the reputation, the gossip on the docks between the captains of the local sailboats... Reputation matters. And to top it off, it's the shipyard that offers the lowest prices!

From hauling out for maintenance to launching back into the water, every step was managed with care and professionalism. Additionally, the little extras like the option to order local cooked meals or the Sunday barbecues by the seaside added a touch of friendliness to my experience.

In a general schedule disrupted by the typical March showers and despite our work commitments that required us to leave for several days to Tahiti, Nathalie and her team managed to find the resources to optimize the relaunch date. Whether it was hauling out, cleaning the hull, or handling all the scheduled and last-minute tasks, the staff always listened to our requests with genuine willingness. The quality of the work done, the speed, and the valuable advice deserve to be highlighted.

During the haul-out, the workers take their time to ensure that everything goes smoothly and without any hitches. Very professional! They have a mechanic whose reputation is well known throughout Polynesia, a professional whom you can trust with your engine with your eyes closed. He is (which is also a plus) extremely kind and gives good advice.

Thanks to all the teams who were involved in the various operations, with professionalism. Special mention to Taputu for his perfect mastery of sanding and finishing coatings, but also to Fred who doesn't hesitate to get into the smallest lockers to access every nook and cranny of the boat.
